Q: How do refunds work?
A: To get a refund and cancel your order please contact us at Sales.SOFCG@gmail.com with your order details. We only accept refunds if the game is unopened. **Please note that all refunds will be returned minus the initial transaction fee usually around 4% and shipping costs to and from you.
Q: How does local pickup work?
A: Local pick-up is not available for everyone. It is only available in Key West and parts of South Florida and set for specific days. Contact us for more details.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Anywhere from 2-5 days depending on where you live.
